At Ink of Faith, we pride ourselves on maintaining a defect/error rate of less than 1%. Nevertheless, should any issues arise with your order, we urge you to reach out to us immediately, providing a clear photograph or an unboxing video (as applicable) to highlight the problem. These are essential for us to effectively assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Quality Issues / Defects
- Resolution Process: For items that arrive defective or with quality issues, please submit a clear photograph that captures the problem. After verifying the issue, we will either reproduce the defective items at no additional cost or provide a refund, as per your preference. Please note, each sticker is custom-made to order; therefore, returns for reasons not pertaining to quality are not accepted.
- Contact Timeline: You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery to report any defects.
- Shipping for Returns: If a return is deemed necessary, we will cover the shipping costs and provide you with a shipping label.
- Reproduction/Refund Timeline: Upon confirmation of our error, we will proceed to reproduce or refund your order within 5 days.
- Reproduction Method: Reproductions will adhere to the original production timeline and shipping method.
- Sales Finality: All sales are considered final upon completion.
Missing Items
- Resolution Process: For orders missing items, we will initiate an investigation at our warehouse and with our logistics partner, requiring an unboxing video as evidence. Based on our findings, we will either refund you or dispatch the missing items. Lack of sufficient evidence may prevent us from proceeding with the refund or reshipment.
- Contact Timeline: You must inform us within 72 hours of delivery to report any missing items.
- Sales Finality: All sales are final upon completion.

Order Not Received
Should your order status indicate “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact us within 24 hours of this status update. We will either resend your order or issue a refund based on the feedback from the logistics company. Please note, requests submitted beyond the 24-hour window cannot be accommodated due to logistics company policies.
Unwanted Orders
If your order is not to your liking, we encourage you to contact us with a photograph highlighting the issue. Given that each sticker is uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to quality.
